Elmara offers fine jewellery set with certified lab-grown diamonds. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual pieces may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of each item. Metal weight, diamond weight, and dimensions listed on product pages are approximate.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in the applicable local currency and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund offered where applicable. Some pieces are made to order and may be subject to limited availability or lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Certification

All diamonds of 0.30 carats and above are accompanied by an IGI certificate confirming authenticity, cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. Certificates are issued in the name of the diamond, not the purchaser, and should be retained for insurance and resale purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, photography, text, and logos, is the property of Elmara and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
